I totally identify with your passion for Corsica- I am the same about Italy. You have made us want to visit Corsica now too. ;) Last fall when my husband and I were traveling to Rome he spotted the island of Corsica outside the window of the airplane and saw the beautiful white beaches and mountains tops and said, "What is that place!?
